We’re more than a metal finisher—we’re a partner in performance. Our success is driven by certified quality systems, expert craftsmanship, and a mindset rooted in engineering precision. Every part that leaves our facility reflects our commitment to durability, functionality, and aesthetics.

At DMF, our mission is to deliver coating and finishing solutions that exceed expectations while meeting the highest standards for environmental safety, traceability, and visual consistency. Our seasoned team combines deep technical knowledge with a customer-first approach—offering support throughout the product lifecycle from prototype to production.

Whether you’re developing a flight-critical aluminum housing, an architectural panel, or a branded control overlay, DMF is here to help you finish strong—with speed, reliability, and clarity in every coat, mark, or print.

Our Capabilities

From small-batch prototyping to large-scale production, DMF supports end-to-end surface finishing workflows.

Powder Coating

Powder coating is an advanced coating technique that bakes a variety of powder finishes directly onto metal substrates. This creates a coating that is durable, and brilliantly colored and enhances the aesthetic appeal and lifespan of the metal.

Anodizing (Type 2 & 3)

An electrochemical process that converts the surface of a metal, typically aluminum, into a protective oxide layer. Anodizing is used to improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and electrical insulation of aluminum parts.

Chromate Conversion

Coating process that chemically treats metal to form a protective layer that enhances corrosion resistance and paint adhesion. The process involves dipping, spraying, or brushing the metal part in a bath containing hexavalent chromium ions.

Screen Printing

Industrial screen printing is a cost-effective and relatively fast way to print durable, accurate, and clear, multi-color images on a variety of materials with affordable setup costs. Great for projects that demand speedy turnaround.

Laser Engraving

Laser engraving creates precise, detailed, and durable graphics and labels on various metal surfaces and components. The process includes laser engraving and laser etching, which offer different engraving depths for different kinds of projects.

Digital Printing

Digital printing is an ideal solution for smaller projects with tighter time frames, or to quickly produce high-quality prototypes and samples. The process can be used for complex, full-color images and applied to many different materials with precision.
