WHY CHOOSE US

Our engineering team works closely with customers to review drawings, materials, part geometry, performance targets, appearance, and operating conditions. For qualified projects, we provide complimentary sample processing so finish quality can be confirmed before production. If the first sample needs adjustment, we collaborate on practical process improvements before moving forward.

Incoming & In-Process Control

Material, process parameters, and critical requirements are reviewed throughout production—not only after parts are finished.

ISO 9001 & Nadcap Discipline

Certified quality systems and documented chemical-processing controls support consistent, repeatable results.

Inspection & Traceability

Defined inspection points and production records help verify requirements and maintain accountability across each order.

Continuous Quality Improvement

Quality data, process review, and corrective-action discipline help strengthen performance from one production run to the next.

Quality-Controlled

inspection built into every step.

Quality Built Into
EVERY PROCESS

From incoming review and controlled processing to in-process checks and final verification, our quality-management approach is designed to identify issues early, document critical requirements, and support consistent production results.

Controlled Chemical Processing
BUILT FOR REPEATABILITY

JLYPT's automated chemical-processing line combines controlled production stages with documented quality procedures for repeatable copper, nickel, and chrome finishes. Our copper-processing capability includes an 8,000 × 900 × 1,500 mm cyanide copper bath and a 9,600 × 900 × 1,500 mm pyrophosphate copper bath. Nickel and chrome processing is supported by a 16,000 × 900 × 1,500 mm semi-bright nickel bath, a 24,000 × 900 × 1,500 mm bright nickel bath, and an 8,000 × 900 × 1,500 mm chrome plating bath.
