Rods, threaded features, and the circular body must remain positioned around the intended assembly geometry while the joints are made.
A compact metal assembly required careful component positioning and localized joining within a small working area. JLYPT supported the startup with a practical build-and-review approach while protecting the customer’s product identity.
The part combines a machined circular body with slender threaded rods. At this scale, the joining plan has to account for access, positioning, heat input, visible surfaces, and the relationship between each component.
JLYPT reviewed the supplied components around the customer’s intended configuration and produced a welded sample for evaluation. The customer and application remain unnamed by agreement.

The joint plan must provide practical access without unnecessarily affecting adjacent surfaces or interfering with the component interfaces.
The assembled sample gives the customer a physical basis for reviewing fit, joint location, appearance, and any changes needed before repeat production.

The completed sample brought the separate features together in the requested configuration and exposed the actual joint locations for review. For an early-stage company, this kind of tangible build helps move discussion from a concept toward specific, manufacturable revisions.
Future production requirements—including material, weld process, dimensional acceptance, inspection, finishing, packaging, and volume—would be confirmed from the customer’s controlled drawing and approved sample.
